Summary: Before entering the dorm, Apollo has one request to make...

Apollo looked at the building. Even from here, he could feel the maenads' power pulsing inside. And, somewhere, Erato was in the midst of it all.

He lightly touched Medusa on the shoulder.
"Medusa, wait," he said, "Before we go in, please... I need to ask you something..."

"Wait. Please." Apollo followed them.

"Listen. What would you do if it were Chelsea in there? Please. Erato means as much to me as Chelsea does to you," he said to Poseidon, and then looked at Medusa.

"I'm begging you. If I'm not enough to bring her out of it, please, will you help her? Don't let an innocent girl die. Please."

He wasn't pulling that card. Showing himself off as the affectionate, adoring man that Poseidon despised. Poseidon rolled his eyes with annoyed huff.

"She's not going to die," he grumbled a few Russian curses under his breath and stepped forward not at all phased by anything they were about to come across. He had a plan in mind and he wasn't going to deviate from it.

She lingered for a moment watching Poseidon walk off. She turned her look back to Apollo and for one moment there was the briefest of nods and she mouthed the words do not betray me then she turned to catch up with Poseidon.

She didn't even get to see his "Thank you." Another moment longer, and she would have seen his other request to her: Come back safely.

But, Medusa was gone now, with Poseidon, into the chaos of the dormitory. And Apollo had a Muse to find.
