Characters: Bres, Mab and Apollo
Date/Time: Back dated to April, 5th. Following this conversation
Location: For the lulz, we're starting in the jet, then it's off to Knight Island, Vermont
Rating: We'll say R just in case
Warnings: Overly emotional Celts.
Summary: It's time to get the Celts back on track.

The jet interior is luxurious and spacious. But Mab had picked herself a spot on one of the lounge seats lining the back wall, tucked her legs up and had a blanket wrapped around her. It was the one space that she could find were the cabin's constant air flow didn't hit her. And still she was shivering with cold.

Bres could have sworn he heard some kind of growling noise..only to realize it was himself. He quickly stopped, but was still annoyed.

"We are aware of what we must do," Bres assured. If nothing else, killing while on board the plane would be problematic.

"Good. Then all that remains is to destroy the guardians," the sun god mused. He still was barely acknowledging Mab.

Bres glanced over at Mab, again stymieing a growl.

"How many of your employees know about you?"

"At this point, a lack of questions is to our benefit," Apollo pointed out, "The reasons don't matter."

And the armrest will crumple in Bres' fist in indignant anger. How DARE this outsider tell him what needed and didn't questioned. A calming breath, "I'll pay for that."

"I see."

"I wonder how long "shortly" lasts," Apollo mused aloud, glancing out the window. The sun god's dayglow was steadily turning redder and redder, and there was a tenseness to him, like a predator on the hunt.

Bres had to admit, despite being a little cramped in the limo, he preferred it this way. At least this way he could feel Mab next to him and could pretend she wasn't close to the Olympian by looking straight ahead.

Apollo, for his part, stared out the window. He didn't even need to be touching Mab--the red-gold corona around him was producing even more heat than it was light.
"Any thoughts on our ETA?" he asked, drumming his fingers on the bow.

Apollo had his bow slung from the word go, an arrow nocked in a heartbeat as they approached the entrance.
"All right. Someone, unlock the door. I'll kill whatever bastards they throw at us."

Bres stretched, muscles cracking as he was able to stand at his full height.

"Save your arrows, Olympian. If there's any killing to be done around here, I'll do it."

Apollo looked over the Fomorian, sizing him up.
"Save one for me. For Arthur," he said at last.
