Now that he was up close, he could see the scar on her neck, presumably the one she referred to. He didn't quite know exactly what was going on, but with the taste of her skin against his tongue and the heat of her body coming through her thin clothing into his own naked skin... well, he couldn't quite stop himself from getting a fresh grip on her neck with his teeth, this time a little harder.
