"You're adorable!" A few quick strides brought him to the base of the steps and he caught her around the waist as she hit the bottom. He lifted her easily; his strength only seemed to grow the more he was himself. Swinging her around in a circle, he laughed before setting her down and brushing a swift kiss over her forehead.
