Summary: As agreed, Ogma comes up to Lincoln to meet with King Arthur

The drive up from Kansas City took the expected three hours, but the college campus itself was fairly empty. Spring Break, no doubt. Carefully, Ogma wound his car through the one-way streets, parking it outside the museum. He smiled. Leaves were beginning to come out on the trees, and the great bronze mammoth raised his trunk majestically in front of the museum steps. He glanced around, but didn't see Arthur.

"Is this it, Dad?" Devin asked.

"Wow, that is one big elephant," Harper commented, craning her neck up from the statue's base.

"This is it, kids. There's lots to look at inside, come on."

A sign on the door warned students in a particular classroom to use the back entrance. He shrugged and walked into the museum. Ogma handed over $15 for the three of them to the student worker sitting boredly at the desk inside. She smiled politely and waved them inside. Just behind her opened up the famous Mammoth Room, while the hallway itself branched to both his left and right.

The question was, where was Arthur?

Arthur was getting himself a drink of water. It was so hot and dry. It was only March, for goodness' sake.

But once the drink of water was acquired, Mr. Cleary was not too difficult to spot. He raised a hand as he came into the Mammoth area.

Ogma broke into a broad, sunny smile.
"Ah, you must be Adam," he said as he walked over. Devin and Harper followed their father, looking slightly warily at the blond man. "Kids, this is Mr. Adam Parry, an associate of mine. Mr. Parry, allow me to introduce my children, Devin and Harper."

"Hello, sir," Devin said, nodding politely.

"Hi," said Harper, though she frowned slightly, studying Arthur.

"Kids, why don't you go explore while Mr. Parry and I have a chat?" Ogma suggested.

"Sure thing, Dad. Come on, Harper," Devin said, tugging her toward the massive skeletons of the mammoths.

"Good to meet you at last," Ogma said cheerfully to Arthur, extending his hand in a firm handshake.

"Good to meet you, Devin, Harper." He nods to them, then shakes pleasantly as they leave. "Likewise."

"So, how are you liking Nebraska?" Ogma asked pleasantly.

"It is...distinctly not Wales," he admits. "But it's nice."

Ogma laughed, a rich, hearty sound.
"That's one way to put it," he agreed, "But I suppose we're here for business, not just fun, right? Mab wanted us to meet for a reason."

"Yeah, we do have a bit of a tricky situation." He gingerly removes the documents from the case.

"This is the manuscript that reveals the Grail's location?" Ogma asked. He opened the book carefully. "The interior appears blank. It must be magically warded. It'll probably still be in code once the wards are lifted, and then I'll be able to read it, but until that point, either Mab or Asclepius or some other person with magic talent is going to have to break the protection on this book."

"Right. I....should probably have gotten it to one of them first. I'm... really useless without Nimue around, sorry."

Hey. We'll figure it out together," Ogma promised, "But I'm no good with magic myself, unfortunately. Move something heavy? Sure. Write or read something? No problem. But magic... No can do."

He nods. "Thanks. It's really good to meet you in person anyway."

"Always a pleasure," Ogma agreed, "Though, I think we might have been off in the hills by the time you came to power. You know, I've seen scholars that claim your Knights were actually tied, if not actually adapted versions of us Danann."
