All was in readiness. All of his guests were arrived and waiting, some more patiently than others. He anticipated quite a few reactions and a veritable bevy of questions. He was prepared.

He was testing out the slide projector while he waited for his guests to arrive in the ballroom, clicking through pictures of himself made specifically for this test. He paused on one of him before the front desk in a classic, male underwear model post yet still wearing his uniform. "Oh yes. One of my best."

The Greeks definitely held the advantage in numbers. They also had two of their original three, but their ruling body was not present. Weighing the odds wasn't within his providence however so he didn't comment on it.

He gave a dramatic roll of his eyes with a tight smile rather like a child anticipating an exciting movie. "Oh the usual. Trials. Puzzles. Monsters." He chuckled and kind of rubbed his hands together. "And then there is Gaia and Corruption."

Hades didn't like this, not one bit. Mortals had suffered enough under Olympian rule, they didn't need a repeat. Had being mortal matured them at all? Judging by Poseidon's temper tantrum..no.

"What is Gaia's involvement? And what is this corruption you speak of?"

His attention swivelled to Hades, sensing his disapproval and reluctance. Again, such things were not for him to reveal, just take note and log away for future reference.

He hunched first one shoulder up, lifting his hand palm up, then the other on the opposite side. "Gaia. Corruption. Yin. Yang. Light and dark. The universe exists on such concepts and keeps a balance. They will help or hinder you as they see fit. Some of you have already met them."

"Their help has been little enough. We would do better to rely on ourselves, though I do not think it necessary to go to war over it," Aphrodite said, glancing at Seth.

He glances back at her. He gives a slight smile and grateful nod. He liked Callista, he personally preferred if things didn't have to become violent. Of course that didn't mean he wouldn't if he had to. However he would feel bad about it later.

"Whether or not we have help, our goals are laid out. Here's a question: where do we start looking? I assume they aren't all in the same place," Ariadne said.

He nodded to Ariadne with a smile. "You are correct. To a point. They are all in the continental United States. Some of you will receive clues to set you on your paths, and like a row of dominos through a maze they will lead you where you need to go. Beyond that, I can tell you know more on the matter."

He smiled with a helpless shrug. "Literally. Cannot. Even I don't know where they are."
