She'd agreed to Leo coming with her, though she'd hardly needed him to watch over her. As a demon she was formidable, pregnant or not. It made him feel better and gave him a purpose, so she really didn't mind.
The candy had been hard to ignore. Cravings were monstrous, no pun intended, but she'd kept moving, finding having Leo with her to be a grounding thing. She was glad he was with her. She was always glad to have him by her side...wasn't she?
He called her name and she turned to him, reaching out a hand to him automatically. "I'm here, Leo."
