Dionysus walked into the lobby, with all the dramatic gravitas that only the very drunk can muster. In his hand he still held his wineglass, but his steps were only a little unsteady as he approached Nigel.

"If you please!" he said, slightly too loud and knocking on the counter. "The sommelier of this fine establishment refused my custom and my service, referring me to you for appeal." He paused, collecting his thoughts. "...So... I appeal." This last statement was delivered with all the weight of the closing argument in a trial.
