Summary: The sun god is enjoying a bit of sunshine this morning.

Apollo was in his usual cheerful mood. Today seemed a tiny bit warmer than it had been previously, so he was casually strolling around the gardens. He maybe wasn't quite dressed for it, his wardrobe close-fitting today, but what did he care? He looked good, he felt good, and that was all that mattered to him.

Frigg had needed some time to take a break from debating a means to leave this place, so she decided to take some time outside. She wore a casual, green sundress, as it seemed too warm for pants in her opinion. She then realized she wasn't alone.

"Hi there," she said, addressing the man, her eyes wondering a moment. God bless tight pants.

"Good morning!" he said in his warm British accent, "Beautiful, isn't it?"

"It sure is. Do you think it's real or just some illusion," Frigg asked?

"Oh, it probably isn't entirely real. I know what my sun feels like, and it's not quite the same. But I won't complain," he said. "So. What brings a lovely Northern flower like yourself out to the gardens today?"

"You're probably right." She raised a playful eyebrow at his flirting. "Just getting away with from the planning sessions. Thought I'd come outside, clear my head." She smiles teasingly. "Did you come out to see how the sun stacks up to the real thing?"

"Sun gods, rather like cats, are solar-powered, didn't you know?" he teased back. "But the solarium is rather notably and constantly occupied by said cat. And I don't think she likes me."

She chuckles warmly. "Ah," she said, nodding in understanding. "I haven't spoken to her myself, but cats in general can be temperamental." She looks curiously at him. "Are you glowing?"

"Oh, it was something about it somehow being my fault that someone was her brother. Or something. I didn't quite catch the details," he said with a shrug.

He chuckled when she mentioned the glow.
"Ah, yes. That's new. When the sun is up, it makes me radiant. You'd think it would be more useful after dark, but I suppose they're saving that one for if my sister ever turns up."

"Can't say I'm familiar with that," she admits.

"Well, some solar powered stuff glows in the sunlight. Guess it works that way with you now."

"It had something to do with the Egyptians changing things under Greek influence, I think. Still. Absolutely not my fault. Well. Not intentionally, anyway."

He grinned.
"Oh, it works indoors too. Just only while the sun is above the horizon. Actually, got quite a few new tricks. I wonder if they'll be permanent."

"It's possible. My abilities have changed a bit too. I used to have the occasional vision of what the future may bring, but now I just have to think of a subject and bam, it's like I get a mini-tv in my head that shows me something," Frigg informed.

"The trouble is that it still never seems to show the entire picture, though. I get the same thing," he said, nodding.

She rolls her eyes. "Ain't that the truth," she replies rhetorically.

"Nor is it always reliable," he said with a grin, "For instance, I wasn't warned I'd have such charming and lovely company on my morning constitutional."

She chuckles warmly. "Well aren't you a smooth one. Though to be fair mine didn't tell me there'd be a gorgeous sun god out here either. Visions are odd like that," she teased.

"Aren't they just?" he agreed. "Still, I always welcome the presence of one of the Northern folk. There was a reason I headed up that way every summer."

"Oh, and just why is that," she asked with playful curiosity?

"Simple. They have a charm and a vibrance one just doesn't find in many Greeks. It's... fascinating," he answered, taking her hand and ghosting a kiss over her fingers.

"Hate to to break it to you handsome, but I'm only a quarter Northern this time around. Dad's Swedish-German and Mom's Brazilian-Cuban, I'm a bit of mutt." Okay, her breath may have hitched a bit at that.

He chuckled.
"I'm British through and through, and yet still a Greek at heart," he countered, "Besides, things become far more interesting when a variety mixes together."

"I never would have guessed, your accent is very subdued," she teased. "That's true. I'm told facially I look a lot like my aunt on my dad's side, though in regards to figure I'm totally my mom's child."

"Oh, I don't have an accent. This is just how things sound when they're properly pronounced," the sun god quipped, and gave Frigg an appreciative once-over.

"Your father is an enviable man, if that's the case."

She smirked, looking him over herself. "You're well put together yourself, but I bet you already knew that. I mean," she circles him a bit. "Walking around in these close-knit clothes." She gives his ass a long, appreciative look. "You know you've got it."

The sun god smirked.
"I'm sure you've heard the phrase 'a body like a Greek god'? I happened to be the god in question. The perfect male specimen."

She chuckles throatily. "Damn, you really don't lack for confidence, do you?" She made her way back in front of him, arms crossed in mock seriousness.
