Summary: It's the nextgens' first birthday! Aphrodite is hosting a party for the New York kids.

Everything was just right. Decorations, cakes, food, party clothes, all of it. It was her twins' first birthday, and therefore Aphrodite was going to make sure it was just how they would want it. Of course, Ivy was of the opinion that the more were merrier,so she had sent invitations to all the local godlings, in case they should want to come. Meriset, in particular, was invited to share the day with them, and her parents.

Aphrodite looked with approval over everything, and glanced at the clock. The guests should be arriving at any moment. She'd been so busy with everything, she'd hardly even noticed the odd feeling she'd had since that morning.

"Meri!" chimed a sweet voice, and Ivy came rushing into the entry.

Aphrodite was close behind, a beatific smile on her face.
"So glad you all could make it. Welcome," she said graciously.

Seth managed a sincere smile. "Wouldn't miss it."
