Summary: Seth makes good on his promise to come to Vegas to see his favorite boxer.

Things were relatively quiet in New York right now, which allowed Seth to take his much-anticipated vacation to Vegas. It had been some time since he'd last been here, but he was looking forward to it. In particular he was looking forward to the night's festivities. He entered the stadium, ticket's in hand as Tyler brought up the rear. He had purchased seats to the upcoming boxing match. He enjoyed boxing in and of itself, but this time he had an ulterior motive. Tonight his favorite female boxer was competing. Ciera "The Black Destroyer" Talbot. Who apparently was something more than she seemed. She herself didn't know, but frankly that wasn't why he was here. When he had first seen her years ago he felt drawn to her, but had remained in his funk regarding Nephythys. But that was then, he wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

He smiled at the wink as the bell declared the belt underway.

"Damn, she fine. I didn't think there were fine lady-boxers," Tyler commented beside Seth.

Seth grinned. "The world certainly has changed, my friend." Seth leaned forward in anticipation.

The match was fast and furious. Ciara's timing was impeccable, almost inexplicably so. The placement was perfect, and Ciara ended up dropping her opponent in the third round as the crowd roared.

Seth and Tyler stood to give her a standing ovation along with the majority of the audience. Seth turns to Tyler. "Say Tyler, didn't you say you wanted to check out the casinos?"

"Well yeah, but..oooh. I hear ya, boss, but you sure? I can stay close by.

Seth nodded. "I'll be okay. Go on, have fun."

"Well if you're sure, alright. You got my cell number. Have fun, boss." Tyler gave a casual salute and made his way out.

Seth turned back to where Ciara was being announced as the winner.

Ciara was magnificent in her triumph. She'd scarcely even broken a sweat taking down the other woman.

After the match, she approached Aldo.
"Hey there, babycakes. Glad you were able to make it."

Aldo smiled back. "Wouldn't have missed it. You looked good up there."

"Damn right I did," she laughed, tossing back her hair.

"So, how long you in town, sugar?"

"As long as I feel I need to be," he said smirking.

"Good to hear. So... you just here to take in the sights, or you got other plans?" she asked.

"Officially I'm here to talk with some guys regarding business. Unofficially? It may seem school-boyish but I wanted to take you out. If I may be so bold?"

Ciara smiled.
"Yeah, sure thing, babycakes. What'd you have in mind?"

"I had no official itinerary, but dinner, music were considered. What would YOU like to do? My treat."

"Hell, I ain't picky. Dancing's always nice, though," she said.

"I promise to do my best not to ruin your rep with bad dance moves." Offers her an arm. "I realize it may not be your style, but I try to be a gentleman..relatively speaking."

"Well, ain't you sweet, sugar?" Ciara laughed. "'Course, I ain't real gussied up to go out. If y'all don't mind, we could swing by my place, and I could get all prettied up."

"Sure, just let me tell my friend where I'm headed." Seth relays the message to Tyler. "Alright, I'm ready to go when you are."

"Good. I ain't got a car, babycakes--ain't worth it trying to drive on the Strip, y'know? So, I can get us a cab or something, unless you got something handy," she told him.

"As a matter of fact I do. I can have someone bring us a car in no time." Seth puts in the necessary call. He could have had Tyler do it, but he wanted the man to have some fun while he was here.

"Nice. So, how long a wait we got, shug?"

"Just a couple minutes." He pauses for a moment to glance over at her. "You seem to be awfully comfortable with someone you meant over an internet chatroom, especially one you were forced into. I don't strike you as possible dangerous?"

"Babycakes, I beat the shit out of people for a living. So, naw. Ain't scared," she said.

He smirks. "Curious then?"

"Maybe. I ain't exactly Little Miss Goody-Two-Shoes either, y'know," she said, "Why?"

"Just trying to get an idea of the woman behind the legend. Sorry if I came across as creepy with the questions." After he spoke, a limousine pulls up. "Our chariot is here."

"Shug, considering the crowd I used to run with, you ain't anything close to creepy."

"Chariot, huh? What's next, a white horse?" Ciara teased.

"Why thank you. Every man likes to hear he isn't creepy at least once it their lives." He smiles wryly.

"Don't tempt me, that could be arranged." He opens the car door, offering to let her in first.
