She had Sean's present in her arms as she hunted the halls. She walked by the library and noticed the door a little ajar. She pushed it open a little further and poked her head it to see if anyone was in there.

She raised a brow, teasing right back. "If they bother you, I can take them off."

He shrugged.
"I've never really like having wet fabric on. I prefer just the feel of water against my skin."

"Well...wet denim is really uncomfortable." She took her arms from around him and went to unfasten her jeans. "Steady me, please. This isn't exactly easy."

He carefully put his arms out to hold her steady, moving his muscular tail behind her so that she could brace against it as she needed to.

Wet fabric like to cling, and she knew she'd have an issue immediately. So she decided to do it the even easier way. She gripped the denim and pulled, tearing it unceremoniously. She had to repeat the action twice to get them all the way off. "Well, that was more effort than I thought it would be."

"Better now?" he asked.

"Almost." She took his hands and drew them to the hem of her shirt. "You want to help me out with this part?"

"I can, if you wish," he said, and worked the wet shirt over her head.

His literalness was being staunchly ignored. Once the shirt was gone, she tilted her head slightly, giving him a slightly coy look. Athena didn't know a whole lot about seduction, but she'd been picking up a few things from her half-sisters. And she was an excellent student. "Anything else you think should go?"

He raised an eyebrow.
"Anything you don't feel comfortable wearing. I'm afraid all my clothes are in pieces right now." He indicated a pile of wet rags near the edge of the pool.

She let out a sigh and shook her head, putting her arms around him again. "Triton, do you want me naked right now, or not? And I mean for reasons aside from my comfort."

For a while, he didn't say anything.
"Athena... you should probably know that the anatomy of this form is markedly different than the version with legs," he told her, "And in more ways than the obvious."

She pressed herself against him more firmly. "I'm adaptable. Now answer my question."

"Well, I've never understood the appeal of clothes in the water," he murmured, and kissed her, his hands sliding up her back to undo the clasp.

She kissed him back quite happily, moving her arms once the clasp was undo so the bra could be removed.

He carefully peeled off the rest of her clothes, and nodded approvingly.
"Much better for the water."

"Agreed." She trailed a hand down his body, until her fingers were lightly brushing along where his tail began. "So I believe you're supposed to be showing me something new."

He shivered faintly at the caress.
"I don't think you've seen the gills before," he said, turning his head enough that she'd be able to see the delicate slits along his neck.

"No, I haven't." She used her other hand to gently touch the slits.

Despite him breathing the air normally, the little flaps of skin fluttered softly with every breath.
"Of course, they're much better noted underwater," he said, slipping back down under the surface.

There the gills went to work, moving gracefully as he breathed the water. Triton gave her a couple minutes to admire them, but then moved to kiss her. At least, in part. He soon began to breathe for the both of them.

She had to remind herself not to breathe through her nose, but she eventually found the right rhythm of kissing and breathing with him.

After a few minutes, he brought her back to the surface. Just because he could breathe chlorinated water didn't mean he particularly enjoyed doing so.
"Of course, the tail is probably the most obvious," he remarked.

"I did notice it earlier," she said with a smile. And again her hand drifted down to explore the tail, fingers caressing the beautiful scales, going with the grain.

His tail rippled with muscular strength, though the shimmering scales were perfectly smooth, almost silken to the touch. Triton did gasp slightly as she brushed over some of its more sensitive areas, not the least being the few seemingly loose scales that covered his inguinal slit.

She watched his reactions, and though she knew he'd likely tell her so, she couldn't help but ask when he gasped at her touches. "I'm not hurting you, am I?"
